Iowa GOP Chairman Congratulates Ben Lange on Winning the First Congressional District Primary

DES MOINES, Iowa– The Republican Party of Iowa released the following statement from Chairman, A.J. Spiker in response to the results of the First Congressional District Primary.

“I would like to congratulate Ben Lange on winning the Republican Party’s nomination for the First Congressional District. We need strong conservatives like Ben representing Iowans in Washington- not big-spending Democrats like Congressman Braley who voted for Obamacare and Nancy Pelosi’s stimulus bill.

“This is by far the most important election in our lifetimes and I look forward to working with Ben Lange to unseat Congressman Braley and send a full Republican Delegation to Congress.”
